  • Will this bundle fit my bike?

    It will fit if your bike has open-slot dropouts and enough space for the battery. Refer to the product images for battery dimensions to confirm compatibility.

  • What are dropouts and how do I choose the right size?

    Dropouts are the slots where your wheel axle sits. Most bikes use 135 mm spacing — measure your bike to be sure. A quick-release rear wheel is also required.

  • Are the motor and battery shipped together?

    Standard Shipping: Yes, for our standard shipping option, the motor and battery are shipped together in one package with a single tracking number.

    Express Shipping: To get you on the road faster, our Express option may split the shipment. In some cases, the Kit or the Battery can arrive significantly faster than the other component. If this happens, you will receive two separate tracking numbers so you can monitor both parts of your upgrade.
